Your room is bright, quiet, and equipped with a cozy double bed, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, and comfortable seating. A place that is all yours – to retreat, write, reflect. In the communal area, you will find an open, inviting kitchen – perfect for your tea or coffee in between.

Culinary accompaniment for your solo break Even during your inner journey, your body deserves mindful care – light, clear, and nourishing.

Every morning between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m., a balanced breakfast buffet is available. You can start the day at your own pace – with fresh, lovingly selected ingredients that gently accompany you and give you space for a conscious start.

Fresh fruit, tea, and still water are available throughout the day. There are typical Portuguese restaurants in the village and in Calheta, about a 10-minute drive away. You are also welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your own meals.

After the retreat – 90-minute online follow-up session (approx. 2–6 weeks later) – review of your implementation, clarification of open questions. Between sessions, you will receive small prompts for reflection upon request – for food for thought, journaling, or quiet integration

Arrival

Your flight goes to Funchal, from where it is best to book a rental car. The drive from the airport to Prazeres takes about 50 minutes. Direct flights to Madeira are available from many German airports: Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Berlin, Bremen, Leipzig, Hanover, Nuremberg, Erfurt, Friedrichshafen, and Dresden.
