As this retreat is completely tailored to you, there is no fixed program. Everything is based on your needs, your pace and what shows up in the moment. You decide how deep you want to go - whether you stay for three, five or seven days and whether you want to incorporate physical activities such as short climbing tours alongside the inner work. Shiatsu treatments can also be booked as an option.
A possible daily flow could look like this:
We start the morning with yoga or a gentle physical exercise, followed by a calm breakfast. We then go into an individual session in which I draw on my wide range of tools - systemic work, coaching, hypnotherapy, regression, inner child work, nature processes or intuitive impulses.
In between, you will always have time for yourself: to rest, hike, write, enjoy the silence or simply let yourself drift. The place itself accompanies you - clear, powerful and supportive.
In the evenings you can read, journal, paint or we can exchange ideas in a small, open group. Everything is allowed, nothing is a must.
This creates a natural, intuitive process that supports and strengthens you and opens up exactly what you want to see right now.
