The price for the #NoCoaching SummerFreden Retreat includes everything you need from August 25th, the day you arrive in Lapland, until August 31st, your return flight:

The #NoCoaching retreat starts on Sunday evening with a joint welcome dinner and ends on Saturday morning with a farewell breakfast.
Over three days, you and the group will be professionally guided and accompanied on various tours in nature from breakfast to the afternoon
There is no fixed program on the other two days, so you can do whatever you feel like at your own pace. Your physical well-being will of course also be taken care of on these days, and all equipment and the sauna are available for free use.
In contrast to the coaching retreats I offer all year round, the #NoCoaching retreats are deliberately NOT about processes, growth or achieving goals. Nor are they about courage, trust or intuition. My #NoCoahing retreats are all about enjoying time out and about: experiencing, relaxing, recharging your batteries, having fun, creating memories and just being.
Depending on the weather and the preferences of the participants, the daily schedule can vary greatly.
Despite the flexibility, I would still like to give you an impression of a typical day at the SommerFreuden retreat:
09:00 Start of the day with a refreshing swim in the lake
09:30-10:30 Extensive breakfast
11:00 Departure on foot or in a canoe into the untouched nature
13:00 Lunch picnic around the campfire
14:00-15:00 Lunch break in hammocks brought along
15:00-16:00 Swimming fun on an island
17:00 Return to the house and coffee-snack time on the terrace
17:30 Sauna, bathing & sunbathing time on the jetty
19:30 Evening meal
After dinner, everyone can organize their own time and pamper themselves with another visit to the sauna, a night swim in the lake, yoga, stretching exercises or evening sun and stargazing.
