Day 1 - Arrive in peace
14:00 | Arrive. Find your place, let go of everyday life and arrive in peace.
15:00 - 16:00 | SOMOS welcome ceremony. You get to know each other and start this special time together.
16:00 - 17:30 | Mindful walk in nature. Leave everyday life behind you and come to rest at your own pace.
19:00 | Cozy dinner. Round off the day with dinner together while you get to know each other better and enjoy your time together.
Day 2 and 3 - Relax and be creative
08:00 - 09:00 | Relaxed Shivananda yoga session and morning tea. Start the day gently with an invigorating yoga session and a warming morning tea - perfect for a successful morning
09:00 - 10:00 | Healthy and delicious breakfast. A delicious breakfast that strengthens you for the day ahead and leaves you full of energy.
10:30 - 15:00 | Immerse yourself in the world of pottery. Get to know clay with all your senses and start giving life and form to your first ideas.
16:00 - 17:00 | Mindfulness in nature. Be inspired by the fresh air and tranquillity of nature.
19:00 | Cozy dinner. Bring the day to a close and enjoy dinner together.
Day 4 - End the day creatively and relaxed
08:00 - 09:00 | Relaxed Shivananda yoga session and morning tea. Start the day gently with an invigorating yoga session and a warming morning tea - perfect for a successful morning
09:00 - 10:00 | Healthy and delicious breakfast. A delicious breakfast that strengthens you for the day ahead and leaves you full of energy.
10:30 - 12:00 | Pottery. You put the finishing touches to your works of art and prepare them for the firing process.
12:00 - 13:00 | SOMOS farewell ceremony. You are ready to go back out into the world with strength and positive energy. This ceremony helps you to consciously integrate what you have experienced and to continue on your path with an open heart.
