A week for all the colors of your soul Nature shows life at its most beautiful, and Soul Garden invites you to grow at your own pace. This week, we will focus on the seven energy centers (chakras) from the root to the crown, gradually opening up the inner space for clarity, lightness, and new strength.
In five dynamic yoga sessions in the morning, we awaken our energy with a creative Vinyasa Flow. Balance poses strengthen your foundation, while strengthening elements strengthen your core. Through stable rooting and active alignment, you will find more stability in your body and often a new perspective on your yoga practice or current life issues. My effective assists, heart-opening positions, and optional variations give you the courage and opportunity to try things out and grow in a playful way. The motto in the morning: arrive, straighten up, unfold. In the three Yin yoga classes in the early evening, you dive deeper into silence and your inner world. Calming postures, affirmations, and gentle body awareness help you release tension and find contentment in the here and now. The last class of the week takes you on a soothing journey through all the chakras. Gentle, nourishing, and holistic. The motto for the evening: pause, feel, let go.
Breathing exercises, meditations, and playful elements from dance awaken your creativity and strengthen your intuition. You listen to the sea and your inner voice, and allow what moves inside you to flow onto paper. If you like, you can take part in the Soul Garden Walk: a meditative walk through nature on the coast. Mindful, calm, connected.
Together, we create a safe space for joy, abundance, change, and inner growth, and design a soul garden that blooms in many colors. ____________________________________________________________ Beyond the yoga retreat, the Goodtimes Camp program consists of surfing, open yoga classes for everyone, excursions, and small group events, such as a campfire. Between your fixed yoga sessions and mealtimes, you are free to organize your day as you wish. At the beginning of the week, there is a taster surfing course for anyone who would like to try this water sport. If you want more, you can book further courses during the week or use our surfing equipment independently and jump into the water. The same applies to our yoga equipment, which is always available to you outside of the sessions. If you feel like it, you can also explore the region, walk on the beach or hike in the Sierra D'arga, visit a regional market or take a day trip to the picturesque city of Porto.
