Each session is individual and tailored to your needs. Whether it's about self-love, professional orientation, personal relationships or resolving inner conflicts - together we create a clear basis for change and further development.

15:00 - Time for individual design
16:30 - Yager Code session - a gentle method from hypnosis with which we transform your old conditioning and beliefs together in order to release your inner blockages. Alternatively, we can have another coaching session. Just as it suits you.

20:00 - Evening ritual: Letting go & silence
Meditation by the fireplace and a writing exercise: letting go of thoughts and feelings
