A psychological counseling or coaching session offers you the opportunity to understand yourself on a deeper level and discover new paths for your personal growth. In a safe, supportive atmosphere, we work together on your individual issues and goals.
Each session is unique and tailored to your needs. Whether it’s about self-love, career guidance, personal relationships, or resolving inner conflicts—together we’ll create a clear foundation for change and personal development.
12:30 – Lunch break, free time to reflect on the day’s content
14:00 – Soothing full-body massage for deep relaxation
3:00 PM – Time for individual activities
4:30 PM – Yager Code session – a gentle hypnotherapy method we use to transform your old conditioning and beliefs together, thereby releasing your inner blocks. Alternatively, we can have another coaching session. Whatever works best for you at the moment.
6:30 PM – Dinner
8:00 PM – Evening ritual: Letting go & silence

A time of silence to let the day come to a peaceful close.
