Friday (Day 1) 4:00 p.m. – Arrival & Welcome Check-in, welcome, and introduction to the retreat schedule. Time to get to know the location and settle in. 6:30 p.m. – Dinner Light, healthy meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
8:00 p.m. – Guided relaxation meditation to let go of the week. 9:00 p.m. – Time for yourself Free time to read, reflect, and relax in the sauna to get in the mood for a relaxing weekend. --- Saturday (Day 2)
9:00 a.m. – Breakfast 10:00 a.m. – One-on-one session "A space for growth and clarity" A psychological counseling or coaching session offers you the opportunity to understand yourself on a deeper level and discover new paths for your personal growth. In a safe, appreciative atmosphere, we work together on your individual issues and goals.
Each session is individual and tailored to your needs. Whether it's self-love, career orientation, personal relationships, or resolving inner conflicts – together we create a clear basis for change and further development. 12:30 p.m. – Lunch break, free time to integrate the content 2:00 p.m. – Soothing full-body massage for deep relaxation
3:00 p.m. – Time for individual activities 4:30 p.m. – Yager Code session – a gentle hypnosis method that we use together to transform your old conditioning and beliefs in order to release your inner blockages. Alternatively, we can have another coaching session. Whatever suits you best. 6:30 p.m. – Dinner
8:00 p.m. – Evening ritual: letting go & silent singing bowl meditation A time of silence to end the day in peace. --- Sunday (day 3) 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast 9:30 a.m. – Relaxing foot reflexology massage
10:30 a.m. – Final discussion, reflection – how did you experience and feel about your time here? 12:00 p.m. – Departure Time to leave in peace and let the experiences sink in. Deviations from the schedule are of course possible and likely, depending on your individual needs.
