Happy soul & releasing yin yoga: harmonization and strengthening for body, heart & soul
In the midst of hectic everyday life, it is essential to create space for rest, deceleration and relaxation. Each of us has experienced our very own stories that shape and mold us in very different ways. If we carry this baggage around with us forever, it not only clouds our heart, but also our entire being, our everyday life, our life. It doesn't have to be that way. Peace and lightness can arise if we are prepared to let go of the old stories, piece by piece, so that our heart can feel the lightness again and experience it in everyday life.
Nourish heart & soul: Heart-opening practices
Our sessions aim to walk the gentle path of peace and open our hearts to the present and future, cultivating more joy in life. With SOUL-strengthening exercises, rituals and feeling meditation through your soul landscape, you will be encouraged to rediscover your inner radiance and cultivate it in your everyday life.
Fresh food will be cooked for us in the house, Ayurvedic delicacies will delight our palates.
We are looking forward to this wonderful retreat together.
