- 10:00 Energizing yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation, closing session - 12:15 Lunch - Time for a walk, journey home All of this is optional and not compulsory; everything is allowed, but nothing is mandatory. If your body needs more rest, then you can follow this impulse and take some time out. One afternoon is free.
Room keys will be handed out from around 2:00 p.m., the group will meet at 6:00 p.m. for dinner, and 2–3 tables will be reserved for our group in the dining room. The seminar officially begins at 8:00 p.m. If you will not be able to arrive until after 6:30 p.m., please notify the monastery so that your room key can be left for you. The seminar ends on the day of departure after lunch, around 1:30 p.m. If you wish to extend your stay, please make a reservation in good time. Bed linen and towels are provided on site. Feel free to bring your own yoga equipment and blanket—whatever you need for your practice. If you don't have anything with you for transportation reasons or because you forgot, you can rent equipment at the monastery for a small fee. Please let the monastery know as soon as possible so that it can be set up for you in the seminar room.
