Every now and then we need to take good care of ourselves and treat ourselves to a little time out to recharge our batteries for the challenges of everyday life. Get out of the stress spiral, build up energy resources, strengthen your immune system with vitalizing, dynamic and relaxing breathing and yoga techniques. With yoga, relaxation, mindfulness exercises and meditation, we guide the restless mind into calmness and build up mental and inner strength. The mental and nervous system becomes calmer, you relax and reactivate your strength, vitality and more serenity for your everyday life.
Our everyday life has become loud and fast. Get your peace and slowness back. On these days, listen inwards with Chitra and enjoy your inner peace. Treat yourself with loving self-care, enjoy calming down and slowing down - all of this can have a very regenerating and restorative effect.
