Evening sound meditations with Tibetan singing bowls and koshis
Sound baths, fantasy journeys and mindfulness exercises in the group
self-awareness with singing bowls and resonance work
valuable moments of reflection and me-time
Together we will immerse ourselves in the world of sound - lying down, sitting and walking, on the yoga mat or in movement. This workshop is an invitation to harmonize body, mind and soul and to strengthen inner harmony.
