Sound journeys for body and soul in the Mühlviertel region

The 800-year-old square farmstead in a secluded location with views over the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel region offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try new things, clear your head, and feel the impulse for change. Find retreat and tranquility at the natural swimming pond, in the woods, and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the sauna, scented with Swiss pine, and in the evening in a cozy gathering around the fire pit.

All rooms are furnished in a rustic style and have a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, or share a shower/toilet. All rooms are deliberately kept TV-free. You can choose between a courtyard or countryside view. 230,000 square meters of meadows and forest belong to the farm.

At the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you can expect modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine. Start your day with a feel-good breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, a variety of milks, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and various teas. At 2 p.m., we serve a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

These sound days invite you to discover the healing power of vibrations, experience deep relaxation, and strengthen your inner balance. Sounds help to release tension and blockages, deepen body awareness, and bring about lasting relaxation.

Together we immerse ourselves in the world of sounds – lying down, sitting and walking, on the yoga mat or in motion. This workshop is an invitation to bring body, mind and soul into harmony and strengthen your inner harmony. Let yourself be carried away by the sounds and experience how they linger within you for a long time.

By car From Linz: via Ottensheim on the Rohrbach federal highway to Altenfelden From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden

By train and bus Travel by train to Linz Central Station, from where there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times: Pick-up from the bus: 2:08 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 9:50 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. These are approximate times. From Linz Central Station, you can reach Altenfelden Ort with bus lines 215 and 230/231.
