Living inner freedom - developing your own potential - enjoying life in a self-determined way
For a fulfilled life we need consciousness, otherwise we all too often remain trapped in our roles, entanglements and unconscious concepts.
Rarely do we consider how our mind works.
In order to better solve our problems, fears and conflicts, we accumulate a lot of knowledge.
We think that with a lot of external knowledge, insights and years of study we can achieve a higher level of consciousness.
However, our logical mind alone is not enough.
That is why this training is less about imparting knowledge and more about learning through experience.
Together we want to create a starting point to recognize our self-made limits faster and faster and to expand them step by step. In doing so, we will deal with our programming, concepts, ideas and roles in order to recognize the power of our thoughts and be able to harness them for ourselves.
On our journey inwards, we want to dissolve limiting belief patterns so that we can develop our full potential and enjoy our lives more and more.
The experience-oriented exercise units take place indoors and outdoors.
Seminar leader: Peter Schuth mental trainer/nature coach
The workshop is a further training/continuation course in resilience training. A willingness to self-reflect and take responsibility for one's own development is a prerequisite.
