The retreat begins on the day of arrival with a welcome circle and a gentle, grounding yoga practice that lets you arrive and supports the transition from everyday life to time together. The subsequent dinner together creates space for initial encounters, exchange and a feeling of connection.
The days consciously start quietly with Silent Tea & Coffee before we immerse ourselves in a powerful Power Vinyasa practice in the morning, accompanied by meditation and journaling. These morning sessions activate the body and set a clear intention for the day. After breakfast together, the space opens up for free time - whether on nature walks, relaxing hours with a book, in the Fläming Therme sauna or simply doing nothing and being.
In the afternoon and early evening, we slow down the pace again. Fascia release, yin yoga and meditation invite you to release tension and immerse yourself in deep calm. On Saturday, a special workshop deepens the inner alignment and creates space for honest reflection and exchange. With Shake your Shakti, a powerful mixture of free movement, flow and dance, pent-up energy can be released and new vitality can emerge. The communal dinners round off each day and create a sense of connection.
Sunday is all about lightness and integration. After a rhythmic flow on beat and meditation, we let the experiences sink in with a yoga nidra practice and a closing circle. The weekend comes to a relaxed end with coffee and cake before we say goodbye with open hearts and new clarity.
