When winter unfolds its silent power, the retreat at the Mountain Retreat Center invites you to find new stability. In a small, mindful group, Nora Kögl guides you through a balanced mix of activating and regenerating Qi Gong units. The focus is on exercises to strengthen the immune system with conscious movements, breathing and inner alignment.
The day begins with a vitalizing morning practice. Thematic focuses such as respiratory tract, organ care and grounding give each session a clear structure. Depending on the weather, individual exercises take place outdoors to experience the winter power of nature directly.
The second Qi Gong session takes place in the afternoon. In between, there is enough time and space for retreat, rest or a visit to the Swiss stone pine sauna with panoramic views.
The days follow a calm rhythm - supported by Nora's inspiring guidance and the powerful ambience of the house. The retreat is aimed at anyone who would like to experience Qi Gong as a gentle strengthening of the body and soul. Beginners are also very welcome - all exercises are clearly and comprehensibly guided.
The vegetarian-vegan full board, the consciously simple life in the house and the open view of the mountains make these days a powerful winter break.
What you will take away from your Qi Gong retreat at the turn of the year:
