At the heart of this retreat is Breathwalk – an effective form of walking meditation that combines breathing patterns, steps, and meditative awareness. Conscious walking in nature calms the mind, activates the respiratory system, and refreshes the whole body. Breathwalk is easy to learn, requires no prior knowledge, and can be integrated into everyday life at any time.
The days begin in the morning with a gentle yoga walk: an enjoyable way to wake up in nature with light warm-up exercises, breath awareness, and a concluding meditation. This practice helps you arrive in your body and creates a calm, clear foundation for the day. This is followed by an integrative yoga practice on the mat – outdoors if the weather permits. Elements from Kundalini Yoga promote focus, endurance, and energy flow, while Hatha Yoga strengthens, stretches, and stabilizes the body. This combination supports breathing meditation while walking and makes the body more supple and expansive.
In the afternoon, another walk builds on the experiences of the morning. Afterwards, Yin Yoga invites you to relax more deeply, calm the nervous system, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and the vagus nerve, and let the mind come to rest. Meditations in silence and movement accompany this process and deepen self-awareness.
Each day of the retreat is dedicated to a specific theme: Arrival – Letting go – Feeling your own strength – Change – Integration. Meditation creates space for new insights: Where do your reserves of strength lie? Where do you experience lightness, contentment, and inner peace?
This retreat is a conscious break for a mind that is often under great strain. The combination of nature, movement, and mindfulness helps you to reconnect with yourself. The program remains deliberately lively and can be adapted to the needs of the group through mutual cooperation.
