At the heart of this retreat is Breathwalk—an effective form of walking meditation that integrates breathing patterns, steps, and meditative awareness. Through mindful walking in nature, the mind becomes calmer, the respiratory system is activated, and the entire body is refreshed. Breathwalk is easy to learn, requires no prior experience, and can be integrated into daily life at any time.
The days begin in the morning with a gentle yoga walk: a delightful way to wake up in nature with light warm-up exercises, breath awareness, and a concluding meditation. This practice helps you ground yourself in your body and creates a calm, clear foundation for the day.
This is followed by an integrative yoga practice on the mat—outdoors, weather permitting. Elements of Kundalini Yoga promote focus, endurance, and energy flow, while Hatha Yoga strengthens, stretches, and stabilizes the body. This combination supports walking breath meditation and makes the body more supple and expansive.
In the afternoon, another walk builds on the experiences of the morning. Afterward, Yin Yoga invites you to relax more deeply, calm the nervous system, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and the vagus nerve, and allow the mind to settle. Meditations in stillness and movement accompany this process and deepen self-awareness.
Each day of the retreat is dedicated to a specific theme:
Arriving – Letting Go – Feeling Your Own Strength – Change – Integration.
Meditation creates space for new insights: Where do your reserves of strength lie? Where do you experience lightness, contentment, and inner peace?
This retreat is a conscious break for a mind that is often under heavy strain. The combination of nature, movement, and mindfulness helps you reconnect with yourself. The program remains intentionally dynamic and can be adapted to the group’s needs through shared collaboration.
