Are you exhausted? Burned out? Then join us on this journey! Regain your energy and strengthen your resilience. You can also arrive on Sundays only. No accommodation costs! The day seminar takes place on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to approx. 5 p.m.
On September 25, Saturday, the Festival of Lights will take place at BuddhasWeg, and you can combine it with this seminar to create a wonderful break. You CANNOT take this path online. It is the path to yourself. Into your inner self, and at the same time, a varied program in nature awaits you. Feel free to read some of the comments from my participants.
You can find them below. In the forest, your cells will begin to breathe and you will experience deep relaxation. A day of conscious time out can work small miracles and is a great opportunity to learn seminar content without spending hours in a seminar room.

We walk through beautiful nature to a place of power and a healing spring. The path is also an invitation to get to know your inner path, to get closer to yourself again, to regenerate and recharge your batteries. How you experience yourself on this path can give you deep insights into your life.
We will tune into this path together. It is a process of self-discovery and an exercise in mindfulness. You can have a very profound experience and resolve old trauma, or simply regenerate and recover. You set your own pace. Nothing will be imposed on you along the way, as is often the case in today's world.

You will learn a lot about myths and legends and, if you wish, you can let yourself be transported to another world and learn to rediscover nature and see it in a different light. You will train your body awareness and mindfulness and reconnect with yourself and nature, which is a true source of strength.

In stressful everyday life, we often lose touch with our own bodies and most people tend to be in their heads, even though the body has such great wisdom. Your body will remember too. Would you like to feel yourself properly again and experience harmony with nature? Then I would be delighted to inspire you.

We strengthen resilience and self-love as well as a new, fresh, and lively attitude towards life. On this day, I weave together content from my long-running and successful seminar "Happiness through Self-Love" with new ideas. Below, you can find out how you can shape the day according to your financial possibilities. I am very much looking forward to our journey together.

You should be physically fit enough to manage the outward journey (1/2 hour downhill) and the return journey (approx. 1 hour uphill through the forest). The total distance is approx. 8 km. We walk slowly! With normal fitness, it is very manageable. By the way, I am also happy when men set out on the path to themselves ;-)!

Book a room of your choice if you would like to stay from Saturday to Sunday or from Sunday to Monday, for example. Standard single rooms are available for €50, as well as rooms in a higher category. Whatever suits you best. The seminar takes place on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to approx. 5 p.m.

Catering

Delicious Asian and German cuisine is served, and my previous seminar participants were delighted. Book your meals when you book your room.

If you only book the day seminar, i.e. without overnight accommodation, you can round off the seminar with dinner for €15.50 at the monastery on Sunday at 5:45 p.m. and enjoy the delicious monastery buffet once again.

We will meet at the BuddhasWeg monastery in Odenwald. Here we will begin our journey in the beautiful garden of BuddhasWeg. We will engage in self-reflection (please bring something to write with) and mindful yoga exercises to get our bodies in tune.
Afterwards, we will set off on our journey through the forest and visit the place of power and the healing spring. There we will linger and practice a ritual, relax, and exchange ideas. We will start our return journey at around 3 p.m. and arrive back at the BuddhasWeg monastery at around 4:30 p.m. There you can round off the day in the tea house. Enjoy a delicious cappuccino or tea and a delicious piece of cake and/or have dinner at the monastery at 5:45 p.m. You can book an overnight stay and turn the day seminar into a short monastery retreat if you wish, or you can drive home.

There are many options, so there is something for every budget. I look forward to seeing you.

This one-day seminar gives you the opportunity to learn about spiritual wisdom, body awareness, mindfulness, rituals, experiencing nature, and resilience training. I have been leading groups in mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness, and self-love for 22 years, and I love nature. I would be happy to inspire you and accompany you on your journey.

My trauma boiled up, but this time it was finally transformed so that I could let it go. Thanks to your wonderful guidance, dear Martina, this process was able to unfold completely and be completed. Warm regards, Dagmar Dear Martina, I would like to add something to my feedback. The seminar was a successful mix. On the one hand, silence/quiet/being alone. On the other hand, communication/information/group experience.
On the one hand, a fire ceremony in a magical place. On the other hand, refreshment/relaxation at a spring with clear, cool water, right across the way. Purification through water, but also through constant sweating at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius and midday sun with strong light on June 22, shortly after the summer solstice.

The seminar began at a huge, golden, male Buddha statue that radiated a great deal of calm. The seminar ended at a female Buddha statue made of white stone opposite. Yin and yang. Thank you, dear Martina, for this successful choreography! Warm regards,

Martina knows what she is talking about and can convey it well and empathically. The seminar is well structured and not overwhelming, with enough 'solo' time around it. Buddha's path and the Odenwald for hiking is worth a trip and I was already welcome there 2 days before.

Very nice time out! I would book the seminar again at any time. Martina is very responsive to each participant and has adapted the program individually to the needs of the participants. The accommodation is functional (standard single room, there are also higher quality rooms) and the catering is very good (vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free well feasible).
