Are you exhausted? Burned out? Then join us on this journey!
Regain your energy, strengthen your resilience, and design your own little monastery retreat.
My main offering is the one-day seminar, which takes place on Saturdays.
You can arrive as early as Friday and/or stay overnight at the monastery until Sunday, or just come for the one-day seminar on Saturday. So there are no overnight costs! The one-day seminar takes place on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to around 5:00 p.m.
You CANNOT take this journey online. It’s a journey to yourself—into your inner self—and at the same time, a varied program in nature awaits you. Feel free to read some testimonials from my participants.
You’ll find them below.
In the forest, your cells will begin to breathe, and you’ll experience deep relaxation. A day of mindful time-out can work small miracles and is a great opportunity to engage with the seminar content without spending hours in a seminar room.
We’ll walk through beautiful nature to a place of power and a healing spring. The journey is also an invitation to discover an inner path, to reconnect with yourself, to regenerate, and to recharge.
How you experience yourself on this inner journey can provide you with deep insights into your life.
Together, we’ll set the right mindset for this journey. It’s a process of self-discovery and a mindfulness practice.
You can have a deeply transformative experience and release old trauma, or simply recharge and relax.
You set your own inner pace.
You’ll learn about myths and legends, and if you’d like, you can let yourself be transported to another world and learn to rediscover nature and see it in a new light.
You’ll train your body awareness and mindfulness, reconnecting with yourself and with nature—a true source of strength.
In the stress of everyday life, we often lose touch with our own bodies, and most people tend to live in their heads—yet the body holds such profound wisdom. Your body, too, will remember.
Would you like to truly feel yourself again and experience harmony with nature?
Then I’d be delighted to inspire you.
We’ll strengthen your resilience and self-love, and cultivate a fresh, vibrant attitude toward life.
On this day, I’ll weave together content from my long-running, successful seminar “Happiness Through Self-Love” with new insights.
Below, you’ll find out how you can structure the day—depending on your financial situation.
I’m very much looking forward to our journey together.
You should be physically fit enough to manage the walk there (1/2 hour downhill) and back (about 1 hour uphill through the forest). The total distance is about 8 km. We’ll walk slowly! If you’re in average shape, it’s very manageable.
By the way, I’m also happy when men set out on this journey of self-discovery ;-)!

What my participants say:
Dear Martina!
Martina is a knowledgeable and empathetic person who knows how to inspire and motivate her participants; she conveys her vast knowledge very well and vividly, always connecting it to nature. She really knows how to spark enthusiasm!

We’ll meet on Saturday at the BuddhasWeg monastery in the Odenwald.
We’ll begin our journey here in the beautiful garden of BuddhasWeg.
We’ll engage in some self-reflection (please bring something to write with) and do mindful yoga exercises to
get in touch with our bodies.
Afterward, we’ll set out on our walk through the forest and visit the place of power and the healing spring.
There, we’ll spend some time practicing a ritual, relaxing, and sharing our experiences.
We’ll start our return walk around 3:00 p.m.
We’ll arrive back at the BuddhasWeg monastery around 4:30 p.m. There, you can wind down the day in the tea house with a delicious cappuccino or tea and a tasty slice of cake, and/or have dinner at the monastery at 5:45 p.m.
You can book an overnight stay and turn the day-long seminar into a short retreat at the monastery if you’d like, or you can head home.
So there are many options, meaning there’s something to suit every budget.
I’m really looking forward to seeing you.
In this one-day seminar, you’ll have the opportunity to explore spiritual wisdom, body awareness, mindfulness, rituals, connecting with nature, and resilience training.
I’ve been leading groups in mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness, and self-love for 22 years, and I love nature. I’d be happy to inspire you and guide you along the way.
Testimonials from my participants:
Kristin, Seminar on June 22, 2025
Dear Martina,
........the experience continued to resonate with me long afterward, and I can feel that I’ve now fully reconnected with myself! A wonderful seminar, set in magnificent natural surroundings, and the weather certainly added to the experience. Thank you, dear Martina—you embodied your deep empathy, clarity, and knowledge in such a wonderful way during this seminar. You created a sacred space filled with appreciation and non-judgment, allowing us to let go and free ourselves from what weighs us down. Thank you! I felt very comfortable and drove home feeling liberated, relaxed, and happy.
Warm and sunny greetings from the heart,
Kristin
Dagmar, Seminar 6/22/25
Dear Martina,
the day I spent with you and the group was something very special for me. Although I normally wouldn’t have gone hiking through the Odenwald at 33 degrees in the shade, it was somewhat similar to a shamanic sweat lodge. My trauma came to the surface and was finally transformed this time, so that I could let it go. Thanks to your wonderful guidance, dear Martina, this process was able to unfold fully and come to a close. You held the space for it, together with this amazing group. I’m so grateful for that!
Warm regards,
Dagmar
Dear Martina, I’d like to add a few more thoughts to my feedback.
The seminar was a successful blend.
On the one hand, stillness, silence, and time alone. On the other hand, communication, information, and the group experience.
On the one hand, a fire ceremony at a magical place. On the other hand, refreshment and relaxation at a spring with clear, cool water, right across the way. Purification through water, but also through constant sweating in temperatures over 30 degrees and the midday sun with its intense light on June 22, shortly after the summer solstice.
The seminar began at a huge, golden, male Buddha statue that radiated a great deal of tranquility.
The seminar concluded at a female Buddha statue made of white stone, located directly across from the male statue.
Yin and Yang.
Thank you, dear Martina, for this wonderful arrangement!
Warm regards,
Dagmar

Martina knows what she is talking about and can convey it well and empathically. The seminar is well structured and not overwhelming, with enough 'solo' time around it. Buddha's path and the Odenwald for hiking is worth a trip and I was already welcome there 2 days before.

The seminar is highly recommended. The location, the peace and quiet and the way Martina organizes the seminar are all-round harmonious. I took a lot away with me and would attend a seminar with her again at any time.

Very nice time out! I would book the seminar again at any time. Martina is very responsive to each participant and has adapted the program individually to the needs of the participants. The accommodation is functional (standard single room, there are also higher quality rooms) and the catering is very good (vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free well feasible).
