to face life's challenges with more serenity and inner peace. The inspiring surroundings of the Boltenmühle with its wonderful forests, the Tornowsee lake and the Binenbach stream will help you to concentrate fully on your personal development process.

In nature, there are many opportunities to consciously face small or large challenges:

Walking barefoot over uneven ground - This requires courage and concentration,

Day 2: Discovering inner and outer resources
8 - 8:20 h Morning ritual in nature Mindful arrival in the here and now, awareness of the environment and one's own body, activating the body and strengthening the connection to nature.

10 - 14 h Resource hike Guided hike with reflection exercises on inner resources (strengths, talents, experiences) and outer resources (supporters, networks, material resources).

10 - 14 h Goals and visions Identification and visualization of personal goals and visions. How can the previously discovered resources be used to achieve these goals?
