During the educational vacation, participants learn and practice how they can successfully manage themselves through mental training and by incorporating the positive power of nature, thereby increasing their resilience in their everyday working life. Change and development processes are initiated, methods and techniques are practised and thought and behavior patterns are optimized.
Techniques for dealing more creatively with professional and private challenges are the focus of the training course. Participants will experience different interventions and tools of mental training, such as exercises from Gestalt therapy, art therapy, NLP, systemic family constellations, imagination, hypnotherapy and experiential education, and how they work on themselves. Through the targeted use of mental abilities, mental training is a comprehensive method for better health and for achieving a positive attitude to life.
The focus of this employee-oriented seminar is on professional development. The aim and content of this educational leave is to get to know and develop strategies that are suitable for everyday working life, which on the one hand can contribute to an improved handling of challenges and train skills and competencies in terms of stress management and resilience and on the other hand are suitable for multipliers to be passed on in the context of their own work.
This seminar provides participants with tools to help them cope better with professional challenges (e.g. maintaining performance, increasing decision-making and problem-solving skills, improving conflict resolution). The techniques taught as part of this training course include exercises, lessons and small group work, as well as didactic and methodological issues. The theoretical background is examined in more detail. Individual strategies for dealing with work-related stress factors are developed for participants' specific professional situations and their transfer to everyday working life is ensured. Those who use the techniques correctly can make their working life more efficient and successful overall. With the aim of tapping into and developing existing potential better than before, professional requirements are compared with individual skills profiles and resources.
