This coaching journey is an invitation to meet yourself with open eyes - and to question old stress patterns. The focus is on PEP® (process and embodiment-focused psychology), an easy-to-learn and highly effective method of self-regulation based on mindful bodywork and conscious handling of emotions.
The so-called "tapping technique" helps to release stressful thoughts and feelings and restore inner balance.
The course is deliberately designed to be practical: Only short theoretical impulses at the beginning, then plenty of space for your own experience. You will practise how to calm your autonomic nervous system with PEP®, meditation, breathing techniques, relaxation techniques and nature experiences - and find your way back to self-regulation. These methods can have a preventative effect or be used to support you on your way out of stress-related exhaustion.
The retreat is accompanied by quiet moments, personal reflection and the special environment of the Mountain Retreat Center: a place of simplicity and warmth, supported by silence, nature and the powerful view of the mountains.
This retreat is aimed at anyone who longs for inner peace, greater serenity and new access to their own strength. For people in stressful phases of life as well as for those who want to consciously take preventative measures.
