7:30 PM: Group dinner and a relaxed get-together.
Monday | Movement & Focus
8:00 – 9:00 AM: Sleepwear Stretch. Full-body strength, stretch, and relaxation. Gentle awakening, mobilization, and activation of the body.
Breakfast together.
Free time for the sauna, reading, a walk, or wine time.
4:00 PM: Body Awareness & Mindset. A mindful session focused on gratitude toward your own body, mental clarity, and greater inner stability in daily life.
6:00 PM: YINERGY FlowHIIT. Yoga meets HIIT—fluid, powerful, and energetic.
Dinner together.
Tuesday | Mobility & Deepwork
8:00 – 9:00 AM: Morning Mobility & Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). Relaxation and regeneration for the body & nervous system.
Group breakfast
Free time for sauna, reading, walks, or wine time.
5:00 PM: Deepwork – Followed by meditation – Build strength, deepen focus, let go.
Group dinner.
Wednesday | Conclusion & Integration
8:00 – 9:00 AM: Morning Stretch. A gentle start to the day, integrating the retreat experiences
Departure – rejuvenated, strengthened, and full of energy for everyday life.
