A Different Kind of Summer Vacation – A Retreat for Body and Mind in the Bavarian Forest. Alternating days of juice fasting and hiking, filled with peace and self-reflection as well as exciting excursions, among women.
The motto: A vacation that transforms.
Open your eyes and senses and discover the beauty around us—your own, that of life, and the essence of nature. Everything is planned down to the smallest detail so you can unwind and focus.
These 8 days and 7 nights with a carefully designed program will bring your body and mind into top form. However, this is not exclusively a wellness vacation—you will definitely be challenged to step outside your comfort zone. It will benefit your health, and I will do my best to ensure it happens with ease and joy.
An exclusive retreat with only three participants per group. We’ll enjoy ourselves in a historic, designer-renovated house with antique furniture, nestled in the heart of an idyllic village in the Bavarian Forest. Alternate between relaxation, nature, and focusing on body and mind—three exciting excursions: a boat trip to the Danube Gorge (a nature reserve since 1840 and a national natural monument since 2020), a trip to Nuremberg including a visit to the Museum of the Future, and a bike ride around Lake Brombach with swimming fun.
The focus remains on enjoyment for body and mind. My realization over the years: life is so much more enjoyable with and in a clean body. That should be the goal you take home with you.
Forest hikes, back exercises/yoga, juice fasting days, culinary highlights, new insights, nature, and simply joy and positive vibes in a private group—just among us women—strengthen your spirit and rejuvenate your body.
Metabolism-boosting and anti-inflammatory menus—that taste great—are on the table for us. We pamper our bodies with organic superfoods, fresh juices, fresh forest air, plenty of exercise, and positive feelings.
Sugar- and syrup-free meals (sweetened as needed with fresh or dried fruit), gluten-free + low-carb meals, vegan/vegetarian dishes. You’ll learn a lot about sugar that you didn’t know before. Realization comes only with understanding—how harmful industrial sugar and many of its alternatives (some even more so) are to your health. Psychologically speaking, giving up old habits is deeply connected to this understanding.
We will boost our dopamine synthesis and strengthen our dopamine receptors—specifically through nature experiences, plenty of movement, physical and mental exercises—and then reward ourselves with enjoyable food and drink. We will relieve the nervous system, reduce stress, and strengthen the body for new challenges.
A digital detox is encouraged but not required. Leave the “blue light” of your screen behind and let your inner “golden light” shine instead. Enjoy the soothing effects of your own movement, your breath, and your stillness.
Together, we’ll create an ideal place for learning, relaxing, and enjoying life.
