**Schedule & program for the summer dance week** The five days of our dance week are deliberately balanced between guided sessions, free time, and shared experiences. **Daily rhythm:**
**Mornings** are devoted to learning and deepening Egyptian dance techniques. We explore various aspects such as powerful, earthy movements, freeing the pelvis, and dancing from the heart. At the same time, we work on topics such as self-confidence, authenticity, and setting personal boundaries. Bodywork elements promote body awareness and flexibility.
**Afternoons** are free – perfect for relaxation, hikes in the nearby Murauen, bike tours, or simply unwinding. Depending on the group's wishes, additional dance sessions, question and answer sessions, or joint activities may also be organized. **Evenings** deepen the dance experience through trance dance, meditative movement, or relaxed dancing together. Video screenings complement the program, and a festive closing evening rounds off the week. **Special highlight:** An organized group excursion (participation is voluntary!) takes you to regional attractions such as the remains of an Isis temple on the Frauenberg or the Roman archaeological site of Flavia Solva.
**Your course instructors:** **Astrid Pinter** contributes her expertise as a certified dance and expression therapist and dance teacher. Her training with renowned teachers such as Liza Wedgwood and Erna Fröhlich shapes her holistic approach to connecting body and self-awareness.
**Eva Volkar** complements the team with her diverse experience in linguistics and environmental sciences, as well as her many years of practice in oriental dance. Her training in integrative bodywork and the "Dance to Yourself" course enriches the therapeutic spectrum of the week.
