In this seminar week, you will immerse yourself in the world of mindfulness. We will be inspired by the philosophy of life of the well-known Vietnamese monk Thich Nath Than in Toulouse. He founded three different Mindfulness Centers in 1982, which are run according to his teachings. Those who practise mindfulness invite precisely these values, the 5 elements and the path to them, into their lives. In this seminar week, you can experience with us how you can achieve this and consistently incorporate it into your everyday life. We will show you how mindfulness can enrich yourself, your partnership and your family life, how it can reduce stress and help you to experience a harmonious everyday life and find yourself again.

Accommodation in a half double room with private bathroom and full board with drinks is included. A limited number of single rooms can be booked for the entire stay for a surcharge of € 180.00. Pre-arrival is possible for a surcharge of € 75.00 per night including full board with drinks.

Arrival by plane: Fly to Bourdaux and from there continue by bus and train to Gardonne or Marmande. Free pick-up from the train station in France-Marmande or Gardonne.

Transfer from Germany for € 99.00 surcharge
You can take the minibus from 67487 St. Martin or be picked up at the train station in Karlsruhe. The return journey takes place in the same order.

Arrival with your own car is also possible.
