This retreat takes up an ancient Chinese method of promoting self-healing powers. In seclusion for 7 days, we practise Qigong and meditation together in a group, practise self-massage, talk about various aspects of life, everyday life and Classical Chinese Medicine (KCM).
There is also time for walks in the Teutoburg Forest, at the salt works or for a leisurely coffee in one of the many pretty cafés in the city.

In some Chinese cities, self-healing is still practiced in this way today.

The course venue is likely to be the community center in Bad Rothenfelde, which is directly adjacent to a park.
There is all kinds of accommodation within walking distance.

We start with a general introduction to classical Chinese medicine and its self-help methods of Qigong, meditation, breathing training, nutrition and self-massage.
In addition, important functions of our organs are explained and their significance for our everyday lives. In particular, our psyche and our emotions are addressed.

We will practise Qigong every day, do self-massages, train our breath and meditate.
The basic principles of Qigong and meditation will be explained.

This type of self-healing retreat comes from China and is still used there today to help, relieve or even heal even the most serious illnesses.

If you cancel up to 75 days before arrival, you will receive a 30% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

No refunds after the 50th day before arrival as Master Liu is coming from the USA and needs to plan her trip early. Thank you for your understanding.
