PROGRAM SCHEDULE DAY 1 | ARRIVAL & LETTING GO Arrival at the alpine pasture, welcome snack, getting to know the hut and surroundings. Initial location analysis: Where are you right now? What can you let go of in order to realign yourself? Result: Distance from everyday life, inner openness.
DAY 2 | CLARITY & GOALS Goal setting with coaching tools: What is your next inner or outer summit? Hike and initial route planning – inner and outer. Result: Clearly formulated goal and new orientation. DAY 3 | COURAGE & DEPARTURE Implementation begins: What does it take to get started? Summit hike, reflection, making successes visible and celebrating them. Result: courage, confidence, and first steps toward action. DAY 4 | STRUCTURE & FOLLOW-UP Concrete everyday tools, self-management, next implementation steps. Joint conclusion and conscious farewell. Result: structure, self-efficacy, and implementation plan.
METHODOLOGY Goal and implementation coaching, individual and group work, reflection exercises, exchange of experiences, experiential learning, body and breathing exercises, nature as a source of clarity and strength. TRAINER The Empowerment Days are led by me (Ariane Pipke). I am a management consultant and executive coach for personality, team, and organizational development. I am passionate about people, sports, and mountains, which makes this mountain seminar a special experience! TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE - Morning: Large healthy breakfast (outdoors with a view of the valley in good weather) - Mid-morning: Coaching Part I (exercises, individual work, group discussion, some coaching in motion) - Lunch: Shared snack (outdoors with a view of the valley, weather permitting) - Afternoon: Coaching Part II (exercises, individual work, group discussion) - Evening: Cooking together, eating, enjoying the evening atmosphere, the fire, or the starry sky.
