The sword form practises the use of the double-edged sword. The symbol of the sword form is the phoenix bird, which embodies the female force of nature (yin), its element is water. Practicing the sword form sharpens the "I", the power of determination, i.e. the mental and physical impulse of a movement and its execution.
By learning the Taichi sword form, the focus is placed on the handling of an object, in this case the sword. It is essentially not about fighting, but about the concrete experience of Ch'i, the life energy, beyond one's own body. In the concentrated sequence of movements, the arms and legs become one with the sword, driven by the relaxed and supple action from the center of the body. In practice, the practitioner can experience what it means when it is said:" The energy comes from the infinite, passes through the body and returns to the infinite......"

The location for the ark was chosen deliberately: above the fog zone and with a far-reaching view. The round trip with the eyes leads from Slovenia and Italy via Styria back to Carinthia. The most striking peak is the Triglav in the Julian Alps at 2,864 meters. Turning west from the Carnic Alps, the Dobratsch, the Gerlitzen, the Nockberge and the Niedere Tauern rise up. What we can produce ourselves, we make ourselves. Tea from our herbs. Apple juice from our apples. Jams from our berries and fruit. Herbal schnapps. Nut liqueur. And occasionally bread. Or we get it from Lavanttal farmers in the purest rye and spelt quality. The honey varieties come from local organic beekeepers, the dairy products from the Sonnenalm dairy farm in neighboring Klein St. Paul. ibi is written on the vegan spreads and Biogast on the delivery bills of many organic foods. The Bio Austria certification guarantees the organic quality of everything from the breakfast coffee to the "Flucht-Achterl" from the organic Steindl winery in Purbach.
A varied and healthy start to the day: fresh grain porridge, muesli, fresh fruit and vegetables, fruit salad, fruit juices. Vegan spreads, curd cheese and green spelt spread, soft cheese, Gouda and hard cheese from the loaf for slicing. Rye and spelt bread and wholemeal pastries. Honey and homemade jams. In the evening, guests can enjoy these and other organic dishes: Hokkaido pumpkin cream soup, ginger-lemon-coconut soup, wild herb soup, zucchini soup, broccoli soup. Cherry pea steak, whole rice loaf, cereal pan with hard cheese and roasted vegetables, sweet potato casserole, polenta pizza. Wholefood cake, chocolate mousse.
