Tantra weekend: "In love with yourself - experience and strengthen self-love"

From January 16-18, 2026, we invite you to the beautiful seminar house MUTHAUS in the Rhön. Surrounded by nature and tranquillity, you can pause, let go and feel yourself again.
In a loving, mindful atmosphere, we will open the space for self-care, connection and inner growth together. You will experience gentle body and energy work, meditations, rituals, breathing exercises and elements from tantra that will bring you back to your center and touch your heart.
In gentle encounters with other people, you can experience closeness, trust and authentic contact - always with mindfulness and clarity.

This retreat is an invitation to meet yourself and others in mindfulness - lovingly, honestly and deeply, in order to nourish your self-love and experience true connection.

The MUT.HAUS is a project close to our hearts and continues to grow every day thanks to the contributions and visits of loving people. We have created a place where people can grow privately and professionally through lively learning and/or simply slow down and find peace.

In addition to the 8 guest rooms, our house offers a large guest and common room with a continuous window front, a view of the Kreuzberg and a large terrace that invites you to linger.

To enhance your relaxation even further, you can book wellness massages with us on request.

A detached seminar house with a large terrace in the garden is available for our seminar guests.

Treat yourself to some time out and let us spoil you - in modern rooms with a wonderful view, at your chosen seminar, in our garden, with a wellness massage or in nature.

As our hotel is a place of peace and relaxation, we warmly welcome guests aged 16 and over.

Enter the address Bauersbergstraße 59a, 97653 Bischofsheim/Rhön in your navigation device.

Coming from the A7 freeway: Take the exit in the direction of Bischofsheim/Rhön, then follow the signs to the town center.
Once in the village: Follow the road to Bauersbergstraße 59a. There are usually parking facilities on the premises or in the immediate vicinity of the seminar house.
Note: Please note the weather conditions in winter - the approach in low mountain ranges such as the Rhön can be dependent on the weather.
By public transportation
Travel by train to Bischofsheim/Rhön (e.g. via Fulda or Würzburg, depending on the starting point).
From there either
take a bus or cab to the seminar house.
Alternatively, walk a short distance to the town if you are dropped off on site.
Recommendation: Check the current timetables of the regional bus lines and, if necessary, on-call bus systems in the Rhön region beforehand, as public transport can be somewhat sparse outside the main axes.
Tip: If you are traveling by train, contact the seminar house in advance for a pick-up service or information on the last mile.
