"Take a breath, find peace, arrive in the now!"
The time-out takes place on the Vorpommersche Boddenküste, the largest national park on Germany's Baltic coast, which stretches over 60 km from Darß to Rügen.
The Bodden, the lagoons of the Baltic Sea, make up over 80% of the national park. The Bodden landscape was only created after the last ice age and is still constantly changing today - its trademark.
The national park is one of the most important crane resting places. In the fall, up to 70,000 cranes migrate through the area and we can observe them in special places.
The eco-farm Buschenhagen, where we stay, is a natural place with a large meadow, pond and all kinds of animals (ponies, cattle, cat, fox ...). It is only 3 km and a few minutes by bike from the Bodden coast and offers plenty of space. There are also 2 smaller vacation homes that can be occupied.
Our seminar room is under the roof and offers a wide view over the beautiful landscape.
The time-out includes a relaxation and mindfulness course (2-3 daily sessions) including a mindfulness practice day.
We practise, for example, mindful relaxation (progressive muscle relaxation, yoga), sitting/walking meditation, body awareness and mindfulness in nature.
There is also the opportunity to talk about personal issues on a one-to-one basis.
In the afternoons, we can go on excursions - on foot, by bike, bus or boat, e.g.
- to the Bodden landscape and the crane observation station
- to the World Heritage city of Stralsund and to Barth,
- to Zingst, to the Darß primeval forest and lighthouse and to the miles of Baltic Sea beach.
I will be happy to provide further information!
Best regards
