Summary

The Elbe Sandstone Mountains south of Dresden are a powerful natural site. The peculiar rock formations, plains, gorges and table mountains have always fascinated visitors. In this primeval land, we explore the characteristics of the landscape together. We use special exercises to sharpen our perception and gently get in touch with nature. This contact gives us a holistic view of the environment.

Our accommodation is located in Gohrisch, not far from the Pfaffenstein. It is well equipped and centrally located, ideal as a starting point for our hikes in Saxon Switzerland.

With every step, we leave everyday life behind us and enter the landscape.

We let nature have a healing effect on us. At the same time, we explore the plants and trees along the way.
There will be frequent breaks - meditations and energy exercises will accompany us.
