With gentle Qi Gong exercises, soothing self-massage and inspiring impulses, you will find your center - physically, mentally and emotionally.

During this week, you will deepen your Qi Gong practice so that you can continue practising independently at home. You will learn which exercises are particularly helpful for certain complaints - be it tension, inner restlessness or lack of energy. You will also learn how your own energy work can have a positive influence on your everyday life - because when you are in balance, this has an effect on your entire environment.

The program:
There are two sessions a day over five days - one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. This leaves you plenty of time to relax by the pool, take a walk through the Mallorcan countryside or simply do nothing at all. Arrival and departure days are program-free - to arrive and say goodbye gently.
