To strengthen the connection to yourself, to make you feel lighter and more alive, we draw on the practices of yoga and meditation.
Yoga - Twice a day in our yoga classes, you will engage with the connection to your body. The movements of yoga strengthen and stretch your body, which increases your well-being. The mindful body movements and breathing exercises also ensure greater inner peace and balance.
Meditation - We practise meditation several times a day. You will learn various meditation techniques and mindfulness exercises to increase your concentration, presence and equanimity. Over the course of the week, you will be able to cultivate more and more stillness of thought and mindfulness will make you feel more alive.
Mantra chanting - Mantra chanting has a long tradition in yoga, and today there are many studies that prove the positive effects of chanting together. Together we make the vocal chords vibrate and thus strengthen confidence and joy. If you have no experience of mantra chanting, don't let this put you off!
Due to the manageable number of participants, we can take your knowledge and needs into account. Therefore, both complete beginners and advanced practitioners are very welcome.
In addition to the soothing program and delicious food, you will have plenty of time for yourself. Together or on your own, you can discover Essaouira or soak up the sun on our terrace. We look forward to seeing you and having a fantastic time!
