This retreat is an invitation to women who are ready to go deeper.
In a natural space full of peace and support, I will accompany you on your own heroine's journey - back to yourself.

With gentle, clear guidance and powerful methods such as systemic coaching, bodywork, cacao ceremony and vision board work, a space for inner movement opens up.

My approach is integrative, systemic and holistic.
I work according to the resonance method, with tools from mental training, neuroimmunology, shamanic knowledge and theater pedagogy.

You don't need any previous knowledge - just the willingness to meet yourself.

You can expect cozy rooms, a sauna, common rooms and a place that invites you to arrive.

Catering

You can expect vegetarian, wholesome meals - fresh, seasonal and prepared with love.
We cook with high-quality, regional ingredients that nourish body and soul.
The meals are deliberately light, balanced and naturally energizing - so that you feel well grounded, clear and connected.

Vegan or gluten-free meals are also available on request.

sequence

The retreat comprises four intensive days with a finely tuned program of bodywork, coaching, rituals and reflection times.

We start each day at 10:00 a.m. and are in the guided process until around 9:30 p.m. - with sufficient space for breaks, nature time and integration. The retreat ends at around 17:00 on the last day.

Each day follows a process-oriented arc along the heroine's journey - with fixed elements such as mindful body activation in the morning, a structured coaching process for inner development, times of reflection in nature, rituals, creative methods and nourishing exchange in the circle.

You don't need to prepare anything - just bring yourself.

Everything that is shared in the circle stays in the circle. The entire process is subject to confidentiality and is held with mindfulness and respect.

Arrival

If you are traveling by train, I will be happy to pick you up from the station if necessary.
