Escape the spiral of stress – a time out for body, mind, and soul with revitalizing, dynamic, and relaxing breathing and yoga techniques. Rounded off with mindfulness exercises and mindfulness techniques from the MBSR method, as well as meditation and various relaxation techniques such as autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation, yoga nidra, our nervous system and restless mind are gradually guided into a state of calm.
