Summary

The Rainbow Medicine Wheel is one of the tools given to us by the Elders; it contains all the medicines that work on Earth.
It serves as a guide, especially when we have just lost our way or do not know what is happening in our lives, where we should direct our next steps. The rainbow medicine wheel teaches us life wisdom, gives us support and helps us to adopt a different perspective.
With the traditional rainbow medicine wheel, we have a wonderful, profound shamanic field with healing impulses and great wisdom at our side. The rainbow medicine wheel is a mediumistic space and helps us to find answers.
You will experience constellation work in a traditional shamanic context, such as shield work (moving from the childhood self into the power of the adult) and ancestor constellations, as well as the convening of a medicine council. Some of the work will emerge through the people who join this circle, as I always work medially and therefore with the themes they bring with them - so it can be exciting and unique, and I am already looking forward to it.

The location for the ark was chosen deliberately: above the fog zone and with a far-reaching view. The round trip with the eyes leads from Slovenia and Italy via Styria back to Carinthia. The most striking peak is the Triglav in the Julian Alps at 2,864 meters. Turning west from the Carnic Alps, the Dobratsch, the Gerlitzen, the Nockberge and the Niedere Tauern rise up. This view is fantastic, impressive and calming at the same time. It is understandable that the panoramic view rooms are among our favorite rooms.

Catering

At the 1st Biohotel in Carinthia, organic food is processed vegetarian. According to the nutritional theory of Dr. M. O. Bruker - with a high content of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes and unsaturated fats. One third consists of raw vegetables. This means that there is plenty of fruit and vegetables on the breakfast buffet. And dinner starts with a large portion of salad. We are also happy to cook vegan or gluten-free meals.
