Optionally, you can use the power of the sauna and ice bath in the lake to refresh your body, regulate your nervous system and connect even more consciously with the moment.

Our retreat takes place in a stylishly restored three-sided farmhouse in the Lusatian Lakeland - a place that combines tranquillity, nature and high-quality facilities.

The 3 spacious apartments (each 60 m² on two levels) are furnished with great attention to detail: Real wood furnishings, Lusatian linen, box-spring beds with allergy-friendly down comforters and classy shower baths create an atmosphere of comfort and security. The wide lines of sight and the view of the greenery create space to take a deep breath and relax.

The Refugium offers plenty of space for retreat and connection on 2400 m² of outdoor space with a large garden. Just 200 meters away is the idyllic Lake Erika, which we can walk to in peace - ideal for moments in nature, meditation and our ceremonies.

In the Refugium wing, we have a light-flooded practice room with an open roof truss, a fully equipped panoramic kitchen, an inviting lounge and an open gallery. All this makes this place an ideal setting for our retreat - exclusive, close to nature and stylish at the same time.

What is the best way to travel?

The retreat takes place in the idyllic Lusatian Lakeland - surrounded by nature, fields and Lake Erika nearby.

By train:
The nearest train station is Senftenberg. From there, it's just a few minutes by cab or an organized transfer to the retreat. The train connection to Senftenberg is very good, including from Berlin and Dresden (hub).

By car:
For those who prefer to arrive by car, parking is available directly at the Refugium. The location can be reached quickly via the highways from Berlin, Dresden or Leipzig.

We will also set up a WhatApp group in advance, where you can exchange information about a joint arrival and departure.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 40 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

For those who want to pay in installments, I offer several payment options. Let's go through the best possible option for you during our Zoom get-to-know-you call.

The first payment consists of a €200 deposit: Once the deposit is paid, a place in my retreat will be reserved for you. The deposit is non-refundable.

60 days before the start date of the retreat: Full refund. Deposit not included.
60-40 days before the start date of the retreat: 50 percent refund of payment. Deposit not included.
40 days before the start date of the retreat: No refund.
