Alpine fasting with yoga & lots of health

Fasting means consciously abstaining from solid food and luxury foods. You will be supervised by our trained fasting and health coach on site. Exercise, relaxation and informative lectures are important accompaniments to your fasting break. Experience the forest up close with WALD bathing, yoga or in our 1,300 m² WALD wellness area. Bring your body, mind and soul back into balance. Treat yourself and your body to some time out and bring yourself back into balance.

The Hotel Lärchenhof in the middle of the Katschberg ski and hiking area at 1,650 m is a small, family-run hotel with a 1,300 m² forest wellness area and 50 rooms and suites with fantastic views of the Carinthian and Salzburg mountains. Our cozy double rooms and romantic suites with balcony are equipped with everything you need for your fasting week - cuddly blanket, hot water bottle, thermos flask, kettle, hiking backpack, bathing bag, cozy bathrobe, hiking poles, some with bathtub and lots of fasting experience.

The Hotel Lärchenhof is also a certified "Fasten für Genießer Hotel" of the GGF Austria and is therefore a hotel with a very high quality fasting level.

On 1,300 m² of forest wellness over 2 floors with indoor pool, whirlpool, saunas, tea bars and cozy niches as a retreat, you will find enough space and opportunity to bring your body back into balance. Read your favorite book by the fireplace with a cup of "Sonnentor" tea or relax with a yoga class. Simply "let go" with a candle or herbal stamp massage.

Part of your fasting week is gentle exercise in the fresh air and in the forest, such as hikes, Wyda or yoga from 1,650m above sea level.

Enjoy nature in its original form - whether secluded or by means of sporting activities with perfect infrastructure.

Fasting meals with an introductory day, followed by 5 days of vegetable broth and juices, and finally the breaking of the fast.

Your fasting week begins with an introductory day on which an alkaline vegetable plate (without salt) is served. After the colon cleansing, the actual fasting begins and you can expect freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, vegetable broth and a large selection of teas every day. After 5 days of conscious renunciation, the "breaking of the fast" is celebrated and you are prepared for a more conscious diet in everyday life with important tips, cooking courses and advice. Meals are included in the price. You will be accompanied on all days by a trained fasting coach on site.
