Practical skills - We prepare the fasting food from fresh vegetables in alternating small groups so that you can later apply the knowledge you have learned in your own everyday life. You will gain skills in nutrition, health and longevity.
Yoga and breathing school in the daily morning activity as well as the opportunity to take part in yoga classes on Monday (60 min), Tuesday and Thursday (90 min)
