We warmly welcome you to your fasting week. On the day of arrival you will receive your treatment plan for the coming days.
During the fasting week, our alternative practitioner and fasting supervisor, who specializes in nutrition, fasting, metabolic therapies as well as TCM and pain therapy, will be at your side.
In addition to an introductory and concluding lecture, you can expect group activities such as Nordic walking and joint body activation. Your fasting week will be rounded off with alkaline and detox treatments and our liver wrap herbal packs. As this is a fasting week in a group, you are also welcome to eat meals together.
During the fasting cure, our kitchen will create an alkaline full board for you on the arrival/relief day. On the following fasting days, you will receive vegetable broths, juices and our alkaline herbal teas in different variations and appropriate portion sizes, so that your digestive system can come to rest. On the build-up day or fast-breaking day and at the end of your fasting week, we serve you fruit and high-fiber food so that your digestive system can slowly start up again.
