You will have the opportunity to reflect on your own stress-increasing patterns and develop strategies for more inner peace and contentment.

Good to know:
A general openness to meditation, gentle yoga exercises and sharing with other participants is helpful. However, previous experience with mindfulness or yoga is not necessary. All exercises can be adapted to your individual needs.
