During this educational vacation on the Baltic Sea, participants will immerse themselves in the world of mindfulness and meditation as methods of coping with stress. Based on the life philosophy of the Vietnamese monk Thich Nath Than, mindfulness is practiced with various methods in addition to theoretical units during this seminar week. The aim is to learn methods to reduce stress and to incorporate these into one's own everyday life and to experience how mindfulness enriches the participants themselves, their families and their everyday working life, how it reduces stress and how a harmonious everyday life can be experienced.

The focus of this employee-oriented seminar is on professional development. The aim and content of this educational vacation on the Baltic Sea is to get to know and develop strategies that are suitable for everyday working life, which on the one hand can contribute to an improved way of dealing with challenges and train skills and competencies in terms of stress management and resilience and on the other hand are suitable for multipliers to pass on in their own work.
