The hotel where we are staying has a very beautiful, large, quiet hotel garden where we can practise Qigong when the weather is suitable. The light-flooded Qigong room is located on the hotel grounds. The hotel offers single and double rooms.

A varied breakfast buffet is available for you from 8 am.
If you wish, you can have dinner in the hotel's own restaurant.
For lunch, there are several places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance.

Friday:
After your arrival, there is a short get-to-know-you session at 4 pm, after which we practise Zhineng Qigong to arrive not only externally but also internally. The rest of the evening is at leisure. You are welcome to end the evening with dinner and pleasant conversation in our restaurant.
Saturday:
After breakfast at 10 am, we meet for two sessions of Qigong with a short theoretical part and lots of practice
In the afternoon at 2 p.m. there will again be two Qigong sessions to deepen the knowledge and exercises.
Sunday:
In the morning after breakfast at 10 a.m. there will be another one-hour Qigong session
including a feedback session.
You will then set off on your individual journey home.

Edenkoben has a train station which is approx. 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.
Sufficient parking spaces are available directly at the hotel for a fee.
