Time out for me Yoga retreat weekend in Hamburg Location right on the Alster We use the power of meditation and yoga to create deep silence, more peace, space, and openness in our bodies and minds. We connect with our souls, our inner nature, and see what is happening right now. What needs more attention within us, and what can be let go.
Together, we calm our minds (monkey mind), allow peace to return, strengthen our life energy, and tap into our power. We activate the chakras (energy channels) with breathing exercises (pranayama) and flowing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga flows (asanas). In doing so, we release tension in the neck and pain in the back and mobilize the hips for your well-being. Combined with Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, relaxation techniques, self-reflection, and journaling, you will feel clearer and stronger at the end of the retreat. You will feel significantly more relaxed. In addition, I offer a voluntary walking meditation along the canal. During the break, enjoy walks along the Alster and conversations to exchange ideas about the inner process, if you like. I am happy to accompany you on your journey and support you in your process. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Over 20 years ago, I discovered the effects of yoga and meditation for myself. I intensified my practice in India, Thailand, and Australia, where I lived for two years. I learned meditation, Buddhist teachings, and mindfulness techniques. In 2014, I completed my yoga training with Swiss Ayur Yoga therapist Remo Rittiner. In addition to the healing Eastern method of yoga, I gained in-depth Western knowledge of human anatomy. Further in-depth training followed, such as Yogic Mindfulness with the living yoga legend A. G. Mohan, Personal Life Coaching, Anahata Yoga (Yoga-Alliace), Tools for Transformation, Hands On (BDY).
My mission: to guide people towards an authentic and self-determined life in a sustainable way. Location: Hamburg Art Nouveau This retreat vacation takes place in a dreamlike Art Nouveau house in Hamburg, right on the Alster. We practice in a room with ornate ceiling stucco, a wonderful old wooden floor, and polished glass sliding doors with lion heads.
