Time out with horse coaching - find your way back to yourself

Enjoy relaxing days in our idyllic vacation home with panoramic windows. Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here, let your gaze wander over the pastures and simply switch off. The perfect place to relax and feel good!

Details about the house:
65 square meters of living space on 2 floors
Parking space directly in front of the house
First floor: open-plan living and dining area, bathroom and storage room
Top floor: sleeping area with a large double bed and a sofa bed (2 adults + 2 children)
Pets not allowed!
Smoking not allowed!
Large TV with Bose sound system
Kitchenette with inventory, oven, microwave and dishwasher

Board & lodging
Your stay does not include meals, but we are happy to support you.
We will put together a basic food package for you:
- bread
- butter
- milk
- jam
- cheese
- sausage
- eggs
- Beverages
- coffee
- fruit
- Small snacks
No problem if you are vegetarian! Just let us know and we will adapt your basket accordingly. Alternatively, there are various breakfast options and grocery stores in the village where you can buy your own food.

Schedule of your time-out:
Day 1 - Arrive & let go
- 14:00 - Arrival & welcome
o Arrive at the farm, consciously perceive the surroundings
o Leave everyday life behind and come to rest
- Take time for yourself
o Explore the farm, observe the animals, gather first impressions
o Relax in the vacation home or take a walk in the countryside
- 18:30 - Dinner
o Enjoy your dinner in a cozy atmosphere - according to your wishes in the village (only 5 minutes away, we are happy to reserve a table for you) or relaxed in your vacation home.
o Time for you to end the day in peace and quiet
- 20:30 - Guided deep meditation to arrive
o In your vacation home, we consciously take time for an arrival meditation with support to be completely in the here and now and let go of all thoughts of everyday life

Day 2 - Building connection & reflection
- 9:00 am - Breakfast & preparation for coaching
- 10:00 a.m. - First horse coaching session (one-to-one session approx. 1.5 hours)
o Getting to know your horse or it chooses you
o Building trust & first interactions on the arena or in the field
o Feel what the horse reflects to you - gain initial insights
- Take time for yourself
o Take a walk in nature, read a book or simply relax
o Calm down in your vacation home & process what you have experienced
- 14:00 - Reflection talk at the fountain
o Exchange about your first experiences & impulses
- 18:30 - Dinner
o Enjoy your dinner in a cozy atmosphere - according to your wishes in the village (only 5 minutes away, we are happy to reserve a table for you) or relaxed in your vacation home.
- 20:30 - Deep meditation at the end of the day
o Reflect on the experiences of the day
o Strengthen inner peace & go into the night stronger

Day 3 - Further development & conclusion
- 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast & preparation for the coaching session
- 10:00 a.m. - Second horse coaching session (individual session approx. 1.5 hours)
o Work with a new horse or deepening with the first one
o Recognize which changes have already taken place
o Consciously experience how you feel with the horse
- 12:00 - Final discussion
o What has changed for you?
o What insights have you gained?
o How does it feel to be completely with yourself again?
- 12:30 p.m. Departure or extension of your time-out
