Retreat program
The retreats are suitable for beginners, practitioners and advanced practitioners. I give adaptations for all yoga levels. You are welcome to come with friends, your family, as a single or as a couple. You can expect a pleasant and warm community. Yoga materials are available on site.

Friday
5:45 pm: Meeting
6 - 8 pm: Get to know each other, meditation, breathing, Yin Yoga
From 8 pm: Time for you
Saturday
10 am - 12.15 pm: Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Breathing, Journaling
12.15 - 1 pm: homemade lunch together
1 - 4 p.m.: Break
4 - 5.30 pm: e.g. meditation, contemplation, breathing, hatha yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra
From 5.30 pm: time for yourself

8.30 am: walking mediation by the water (optional)

Individual departure
During the breaks:
Time for a meal, a visit to the sauna and thermal baths if desired, a walk in the city park, along the Alter or in the lively Winterhude district, where there are small stores and numerous cafés, bistros and vegan restaurants, among others.
There is a bike hire station nearby. So you can get to all the attractive activities, cafés, restaurants, nice shops, the city park or the Alster in just a few minutes.
