Retreat program The retreats are suitable for beginners, experienced practitioners, and advanced students. I provide adjustments for all yoga levels. During breaks: Time for a meal, sauna and thermal baths if desired, a walk in the city park, along the Alster or in the lively Winterhude district, where there are small shops and numerous cafés, bistros and vegan restaurants, among other things.
There is a bike rental station nearby. This means you can reach all the attractive activities, cafés, restaurants, nice little shops, the city park, or the Alster in just a few minutes.
