Understanding Relationship Patterns and Finding Your Way Back to Yourself

You’ve known for a long time that this relationship isn’t good for you, yet letting go feels almost impossible. Maybe you’re stuck in an on-again, off-again dynamic or in a “situationship” that keeps you emotionally tied while leaving you in a constant state of uncertainty. Or maybe the relationship is already over, but deep down you still can’t find peace or you’re clinging to the hope that things might change after all.
You might be wondering why similar patterns keep repeating themselves, why love doesn’t just feel easy, or why you keep getting caught up in dynamics that take such a toll on you. And while part of you sees very clearly what’s going on, something else often happens inside: thoughts circle, feelings remain active, closeness and distance alternate, and even though you’ve long wanted to move on, something keeps you in this connection.
And this is exactly where that typical tension arises: you’ve understood it in your head for a long time, and yet the experience doesn’t change.
Letting go is then not a clear decision, but an inner conflict between what you know and what is still bound within you. And this has little to do with a lack of strength or failure, but much more with relationship patterns and emotional connections that have built up over time.
That is why letting go often does not require more insight or understanding, but rather a space where these inner dynamics can reveal themselves. And this is exactly where this retreat comes in.

○ What to expect
In an exclusive three-day 1:1 setting, I will guide you through a clearly structured process in nature, where emotional bonds, relationship patterns, and inner ambivalence can gradually reveal themselves and be sorted out.
This is not just about the history of this relationship, but above all about what is active in the present moment: emotional attachment, recurring thoughts, unresolved feelings, inner tension, or open dialogues. In the process, it often becomes clear where the connection to yourself, your needs, and your boundaries has been lost.

Many clients experience a tangible sense of relief for the first time. Not because everything is suddenly resolved, but because it becomes clear why letting go has been so difficult up to this point. What is often perceived as a lack of consistency or personal weakness reveals itself as a comprehensible reaction to relationship patterns and conditioning.
Often, it becomes truly tangible for the first time that what previously seemed like “not being able to let go” or “a lack of consistency” is actually a comprehensible inner system that reacts, protects, and binds.

And it is precisely at this point that something fundamental usually changes—not abruptly, but tangibly.
When you leave this retreat, you won’t go home with a quick fix, but with a transformed inner state. The emotional entanglement weakens and is replaced by something many clients describe similarly: greater self-understanding, a clearer awareness of their own boundaries and needs, and a clear vision of what a healthy relationship should feel like.

○ Who this retreat is for
This retreat is for people who feel they no longer want to shape their relationships out of fear, longing, or hope, but rather from a more stable connection to themselves.
People who are ready to shift their focus from the other person back to themselves in order to develop more inner freedom and emotional independence.
Perhaps you long for more inner peace instead of constant mental loops. More trust in your intuition, without constantly questioning yourself. More clarity about what you need and what truly serves you. Relationships that are safe, honest, and loving.
If you feel it’s time to break free from old relationship patterns and reclaim the space in your life that you deserve, this retreat can be a clear turning point.
This retreat is for people who are ready to honestly confront their patterns and who want to consciously set aside time and space for this.
For people who sense that something needs to be resolved and who are looking for the right setting to develop more stability, self-confidence, and inner freedom of movement.

○ If you feel that the time is right
If this retreat resonates with you, I invite you to a personal preliminary consultation.
In this conversation, we’ll explore together whether this 1:1 retreat is a good fit for your current life stage and whether it provides the right setting for your needs.

Since I personally guide each process from start to finish, only a limited number of retreat dates are available per summer season (June–October).

○ My Approach
I’m Sabine, a psychological counselor, and I’ll guide you through these days in a personalized, nervous-system-friendly, and neurodivergent-friendly way.
You’re welcome to take a seat on my “green couch”—both figuratively and literally. Over the course of several days, I’ll hold a clear, safe, and reliable space for you where you don’t have to “function” and where you can find peace. In this space, things may emerge that often have no place in daily life or have long been overlooked. I am here, observing with you and guiding you through whatever arises with a calm, steady presence. During your retreat, I am there exclusively for you, so that the space truly belongs to you and your process and can unfold at your own pace and according to your needs.
Many clients experience this space in the midst of nature as a kind of sanctuary: a place where they can truly let go for a few days because they don’t have to worry about anything, perform, or pull themselves together.

In my work, I combine psychological process guidance, body awareness, and nature-based work with a very human, attuned approach. It is important to me that you feel safe, seen, and able to reconnect with yourself internally, even when there is a lot going on inside you. This is not about optimizing you, but about understanding you as a system that reacts in a comprehensible way to its environment, history, and stress.

The goal of these days is not self-optimization, but clarity, relief, understanding, and a deeper connection to what is truly essential for you.

I consciously work with only a small number of clients per season so that I can give each process the necessary depth and presence.

My foundation is built on training in life and social counseling, couples and sex therapy, bodywork, human energetics, shamanism, as well as nature and wilderness education.

○ The Retreat Location
The retreat location is intentionally simple and low-stimulus: a quiet, nature-oriented retreat without Wi-Fi or television, allowing your nervous system to gradually wind down and become more attuned to subtle sensations.
Nature is not merely a backdrop here, but an active part of the process and a tranquil resonant space that facilitates regulation and helps you gain distance from inner issues.

○ The Schedule
The process follows a clear structure of arrival, deepening, and integration, but is not rigidly planned; rather, it adapts to what arises in the moment.

Day 1 – Arrival
Arrival starting at 3:00 PM and initial settling into the space. Even in the first few hours, a noticeable sense of calm often emerges as daily life, obligations, and the need to be reachable gradually fade into the background.
After your arrival, we’ll get to know each other during a walk and talk and focus on the issue that brought you here. This provides an initial, clear direction for the days ahead. The evening is intentionally kept quiet and concludes with dinner.

Day 2 – Deepening
The second day forms the core of the process. After a quiet breakfast, space opens up for your themes and inner movements. Depending on the process, we work through conversation, in nature, creatively, in movement, or through body-oriented approaches. In doing so, connections become visible that are often obscured in daily life or are not given space.
Between sessions, time is intentionally set aside for integration, retreat, and processing. Many people find this very combination of guidance, nature, and silence to be particularly relieving and clarifying. The evening concludes once again with dinner.

Day 3 – Integration
On the final day, we sort through and bring together what has been experienced. We distill the experiences: What has become important, what is currently shifting, and what specific insights will you take back into your daily life.
Together, we focus on the next steps so that these insights can become a genuine inner direction that continues to have an impact beyond the retreat.
Your process space ends around 10:00 a.m. You return to your daily life with greater inner clarity, peace, and a noticeably stronger connection to yourself.
