TOXIC LOVE DETOX 1:1 Retreat in Nature – Understanding Relationship Patterns and Reconnecting with Yourself

Summary

You’ve known for a long time that this relationship isn’t good for you, yet letting go feels almost impossible. Maybe you’re stuck in an on-again, off-again dynamic or in a “situationship” that ties you down emotionally while keeping you in a constant state of uncertainty.
Or maybe the relationship is already over, but inside, your thoughts keep going round and round in circles, and perhaps you’re secretly still hoping for a happy ending.

At the same time, there’s a quiet suspicion that similar patterns are repeating themselves in your relationships, and you wonder why you keep ending up with partners like this and why love can’t just be easy.

And this is exactly where that inner tension arises: one part of you understands what’s going on, and another part holds on. Not because you aren’t strong enough, but because emotional attachment and relationship patterns don’t follow what your mind already knows. And this is exactly where my retreat comes in.

✦ What to Expect
In an exclusive three-day one-on-one setting, I’ll guide you through a clearly structured process in nature, where emotional attachments, relationship patterns, and inner ambivalence can gradually emerge and be sorted out.

This isn’t just about the history of this relationship, but above all about what is active within you at the same time: longing, insecurity, thought loops, or unresolved dialogues.
Often, it becomes clear where you lost yourself in this relationship, where your needs and boundaries have become unimportant.
At this point, a tangible sense of relief sets in for the first time. Not because everything is immediately resolved, but because it becomes clear why letting go has been so difficult up to this point. What previously seemed like “a lack of consistency” turns out to be a comprehensible attachment pattern.
And as a result, something fundamental usually changes: the emotional entanglement weakens and is replaced by something that many clients describe similarly: greater self-understanding, a clearer awareness of their own boundaries and needs, as well as a clear vision of what a healthy relationship is actually allowed to feel like.

✦ Who this retreat is for
This retreat is for people who are ready to shift their focus back from the other person to themselves. People who no longer want to shape their relationships out of fear, longing, or hope, but rather from a more stable connection to themselves. Who want to cultivate relationships that are secure, honest, and loving.
If you want to break free from recurring relationship patterns and reconnect more deeply with yourself, this retreat can be a turning point.

✦ When you feel it’s time
If this retreat resonates with you, I invite you to a personal preliminary consultation.
In this conversation, we’ll explore together whether this 1:1 retreat is a good fit for your current life stage and whether it provides the right framework for your needs.

Since I personally guide each process from start to finish, only a limited number of retreat dates are available per summer season (June–October).

✦ My Approach
I’m Sabine, a psychological counselor, and I’ll personally guide you through your process over the course of these days in a way that’s sensitive to your nervous system and neurodiversity.
You are welcome to take a seat on my “green couch”—both figuratively and literally. Over the course of several days, I will hold a clear and safe space for you where you can find peace, even when there is a lot going on inside. I’ll guide you through whatever is coming up at your own pace and according to your needs. It’s never about “optimizing” you, but rather about helping you better understand yourself through your own experiences, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself in a more authentic way.
Many clients experience this space in the midst of nature as a kind of sanctuary: a place where they are cared for and feel seen, where they can truly let go for a few days because they don’t have to worry about anything or prove themselves.
I deliberately work with only a small number of clients per season so that I can give each process the necessary depth and presence.
In my work, I combine psychological process guidance, body awareness, and nature-based work; my foundation for this is built on training in life and social counseling, couples and sex therapy, bodywork, human energetics, shamanism, as well as nature and wilderness education.

✦ The Retreat Location
The retreat location is intentionally simple and low-stimulus—a quiet, nature-oriented sanctuary without Wi-Fi or television, allowing your nervous system to gradually wind down and become more attuned to subtle sensations. Nature is not merely a backdrop here, but an active part of the process, serving as a calm resonant space that supports regulation and facilitates inner clarity.

✦ The Process
The process follows a clear structure of arrival, deepening, and integration, but is not rigidly planned; rather, it adapts to what arises in the moment.

Day 1 – Arrival
Arrival starting at 3:00 PM and initial settling into the space. After your arrival, we’ll get to know each other during a walk and talk and focus on the issue that brought you to me. The evening is intentionally kept quiet and ends with dinner.

Day 2 – Deepening
The second day forms the core of your process. After a quiet breakfast, space is created for your topics. Depending on the process, we work through conversation, in nature, creatively, in movement, or via body-oriented approaches. In between, time is intentionally set aside for integration, retreat, and processing. The evening concludes once again with dinner.

Day 3 – Integration
On the final day, we sort through and integrate the experiences together. We look at what has become important to you during these days and what may accompany you into your everyday life—a clear inner alignment that continues to have an effect beyond the retreat. Your process space concludes around 10:00 a.m.
