As already mentioned, our actual hike is preceded by a planning meeting. In this meeting - which can also be held digitally - we discuss everything necessary.
- we discuss the destination, which corresponds to the fitness level of the participants
- we discuss the necessary equipment
- we draw up a meal plan
- set a meeting point with date and time.
On day X at the meeting point - usually a public transport stop - we meet "live" for the first time and get to know each other. A short greeting, a check of the equipment, food can be bought here if necessary and then we're off.
We reach our destination in sensible stages. Coaching discussions take place between the hiking stages - so that there is plenty of time and leisure to think and come to conclusions while walking. We reflect on these results, refine them, expand them and - if desired - record them.
If the opportunity arises, a longer break is planned at lunchtime, preferably with a cozy campfire and cooking.
We will be back at the agreed time.
